In this math racing game students will use repeated addition to model multiplication problems. The model for multiplication is repeated addition. For instance, to find the product 5 x 4, students can add 4 five times: 4 + 4 + 4 + 4 + 4 = 20 or they can add 5 four times: 5 + 5 + 5 + 5 = 20.
